[SynchroBlog] Transforming Mission synchroblog

Myself and some friends will be discussion David Bosch's Transforming
Mission over the coming months, getting together every 3 weeks. Some people
have indicated that they'd like to join the discussion by blogging with us,
thus creating a kind of synchroblog on different chapters every few weeks.
Steve Hays has suggested we use a wikispace to create a kind of joint
commentary/discussion on the book... might use that as well.
This is a bit late, sorry, been having a hectic last two weeks, but if
