Jonathan,

Are you up for pulling the list together as well?  I will not be able  
to put the time into it since October is upon me, and the 4th is too  
close to end of Halloween in Salem.

Oh, and I will be out of the country if Obama wins.  ;-)  The Isle of  
Man sounds nice and remote.  But Cymru would give me something real  
to politic about.

Voting for Ben Stein methinks.
