[SynchroBlog] How to easily add (and get) links for the syncroblog

The wiki is apparently behind a firewall, so while it may be useful for
compiling a link list, it shouldn't attract the attention of search engines.

My only concern is that we don't make the process seem to complicated.  It
isn't fair for one or two people to have to create and maintain the master
list, but the solution doesn't need to be overly difficult either.
