[SynchroBlog] How to easily add (and get) links for the syncroblog

I tried something with the interfaith synchroblog that could work for others 
too.

Everyone e-mails their info with certain tags. I import the info into a 
database, which then produces a report with all the links, which can then be 
e-mailed.

That could work y]too, but don't the links have to be in wiki format, with 
square brackets?
