How to get the most out of it:   I will send out list of links, and they 
can be added to the bottom of your own post, or added as a separate post 
on your blog.  By having the list on your site, you ensure that you are 
networked together with all your fellow Synchies.  I suggest that you 
take your own name and place it on the top of the list.  Then when 
someone else cuts and pastes the list onto their own site, you will be
